WHAT IS POPULARITY?

 The Latin origin of popularity is “root pop” meaning “the people” It is the state or condition of being liked, admired and supported by many people. It is a very strong status, but may have more or less importance to different people. It tends to have negative meaning but is still something that is highly desired.

 WHAT IS RESPECT?

  Respect comes from “root spect” meaning “to look back” It is a feeling of deep admiration for someone or something evoked by their abilities, qualities and achievements. It is to have deep regard for another person’s beliefs.

EXAMPLES OF PEOPLE POPULAR ARE:

 First, Osama Bin Laden.      Osama Bin Laden was born in Saudi Arabia in 1957 or 1958. On May 1, 2011, American soldiers killed him in his compound in Pakistan. Intelligence officials believe Bin Laden was responsible for many deadly acts of terrorism, including the 1998 bombing of the U.S embassies in Kenya and Tanzania.                                                                                                         

Secondly, Abubakar Shekau.       Abubakar Shekau was born between 1965 and 1975, he was hated by virtually all Nigerians. He is the head of the terrorist group called “Boko Haram” that was responsible for the deaths of thousands of Nigerians and the kidnapping of the Chibok girls.

EXAMPLES OF PEOPLE RESPECTED ARE:

First, William Henry Bill Gate III.         Bill Gate was born on October 28, 1955. He is an American business magnate, investor, author, and philanthropist, Since 1987, Gate has been included in the Forbes list of the world’s wealthiest people and he is currently the richest person in the world with estimated net worth of U.S $85.6 billion as of February 2017.                                               

Secondly,      Nelson Mandela.            Mandela was born in 18 July, 1918. He was a South African anti-apartheid revolutionary, politician and philanthropist, who served as president of South Africa from 1994 to 1999. He was the country’s first black head of state and the first elected in a fully representative democratic election.

IMPORTANCE OF POPULARITY:

You will be recognized and liked by many people, it makes you feel accepted, the more secure you will feel, the less social mean act will come your way and the more you will fit in.

IMPORTANCE OF RESPECT:

Respect has a longer- lasting effect, most people do not continue to look up to or even remember those who were popular in school for many years, rather they continue to remember those that they respected.

WHAT DO WE REALLY MEAN BY POPULARITY VERSES RESPECT?

Firstly, the difference between popularity verse respects is that popularity is about surface appearance. While, respect is about the admirable quality that lies within.                                             

Secondly, someone is popular because of what they do. While, someone is given respect because of who they are.

QUALITIES FOUND IN SOMEONE THAT IS RESPECTED ARE:

Courage, social – intelligence, integrity, kindness and self-confidence.

DEMANDS OF POPULARITY:

Popularity requires pleasing, it can be limiting, it breeds insincerity, it is competitive and it attracts imitators.

IN CONCLUSION:

In a world dominated by social media, it’s easy to be tricked that the person with the most likes is the winner. However, would you prefer to do business with someone just because they are cool? Um, probably not, you will rather prefer doing business with someone you respect and that comes down to what our grandparents called “Good Morals”. The choice is yours now, do you prefer popularity to respect or respect to popularity.

What causes one to be gay?

Is There a Gay Gene?
Is Homosexuality caused by environmental factor such as Upbringing,Child Molestation,An absent mother or affectionate father.

Although there have been few studies on the causes of homosexuality which brings about a debate between the scientist and the religious fundamentalist.

To get the answer to the question,we need to know what is SEXUAL ORIENTATION.

Sexual orientation is an enduring inflectional attraction one feel towards another person.

In other words sexual orientation falls along a continuum,someone does not have to be exclusively homosexual or heterosexual but feel vary degree of attraction towards another person.

Does it matter if homosexuality is a choice? Shouldn't gay people be offered the same right as heterosexuals? Not all people think so.

If homosexuality is caused by genetics and inborn traits then LGBT community would be unable to change their sexual orientation even if they wanted to, But if it is caused by environmental factor,then they can change and become straight through the help of therapy or rehabilitation.

If u ask most gay people, they will u tell that being gay is not what they choose, Why would anyone choose to be something that could cause them to be scorned by the society,rejected by families,deny of their right and subjected to possible violent rate crime?We don't choose our sexual orientation but we choose whether or not to come out of the closet.

The National Mental Health Association says"Most researchers believe sexual orientation is complex and biology play an vital role,believing they homosexuality is not a choice.

Is There A Gay Gene?
Scientists have not been able to conclude that there is any gene or combination of genes that can make someone gay.

Genetics is very complex and scientists continue to study both human and animal chromosomes for linkage to sexual orientation.

And no matter what they find,THE GAYS ,THE LESBIANS AND THEIR SUPPORTER will continue to fight for fair and equal treatment.

We have about 20 {twenty} countries where same sex marriage is Legal Nationwide exclusive of the United states and Mexico since they only allots gay marriage in certain law, And about 77{seventy seven} countries with law against sexual relation between people of the same sex.

But we know according to the law of God, created ADAM AND EVE Not ADAM AND STEVE!!!

What is success and understanding what it takes to be successful in life

The greatest enemy of success is the fear of failure some people are afraid to purse their success because the believe the might fail and so they don’t try to do something new 

Secondary success is the potential destiny of all created things. Every seed has a tree in it and the potential success of that tree is in that seed and that is the way you are.

Whatever you were born to do and be is in you now and the success of your life depends on you becoming all that is trapped in you.

The third thing about success that is important is to define it.

What is success?

Here is a definition that is success is the completion and fulfillment of the original intent or purpose for your existence or why you were created,

Success is not making a lot of money success is not having a big house, with care by a lake, success is not having a lot of friends and a lot of accolades and a lot of plaques on the wall. Success is really very very simple.

It’s you discovering your purpose and then completing it before you die. In order words Success must be measured by why you were created.

Success is therefore purpose fulfilled. Success is not measured by what you have done compared to what others have done, this is very important because some times, we compete with other people and because we do better than them we think we are successful.

Success is not outwitting or outclassing other people you can always find somebody less than you so you think you are successful therefore success should not be measured by what you have done compared to what you others have done then

How do you measure Success? Here is how you measure it.

Success is measured by what you have done compared to what you should and could have done. Let me say it again “success is measured by what you have done compared to what you should and could have done. In order words the only person who knows how successful you are is you and God.

I remember one day I came from school as a junior high student I came first in my exams I got the highest grade and when I got home I showed my grades to my mother and my mother looked at the grades and she said you came first in the class you beat everybody else I said I sure did I beat everybody else I said aren’t you happy I came first and she looked at my grades and she said I am disappointed in you and she said you came first with 69 you aren’t smart the others just dumber. In other words I was measuring my success against other people she said you can do better than this in other words she was teaching me a lesson that success is not measured by how you compare with other people but how you compare with what you are capable of doing yourself .

Purpose therefore is the key to success here is a statement I found what lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.

In conclusion what a tragedy to be successful in the wrong thing it is like a bird trapped in an egg if that bird never flies that bird is a failure it never made it to flight and that is what success is

Success is not just existing success is making it to the end of why you were created.

Check if your cooling fan is working properly

Check if you’re RAM is well fixed .

Check if your motherboard is all connected properly.

Make sure your power-supply stations work properly.

Check your mother board battery.

Use authorized “Anti-virus” and scan daily or weekly.

Make sure that all your windows files is installed  

Make sure that you do not install double Anti-virus

Uninstall any computer program or software that is not compatible with your system

How to Track or Get Your Stolen or Lost Laptop or Tablet

Today on SmartKlass I want to teach on this interesting topic How to Track Your Stolen or Lost Laptop or Tablet.

Here are the steps

On the Start menu

Click Start

Then choose Update & security and Find My Device.

Click on Change to activate the feature-your laptop will then send its current location back to base on a regular basis, assuming it's connected to Wi-Fi.

Note that you need to be signed in as an administrator to switch this feature on.

Go to https://account.microsoft.com/devices on any computer and sign in using your Microsoft account.

To find out where in the world your laptop has gone-any desktops you're running Windows 10 on are listed here too, though the tracking feature only works on laptops and tablets.

And Finally Click Find my device to see your device on a map.

When a Man is Fed up with his Girlfriend

He Suddenly Starts Demanding Space in the Relationship

Your boyfriend really shouldn't be asking for more space in your relationship if there have not been any changes in the way either of you behave. His demands to be left alone could be because he doesn't enjoy being with you the same way that he did before.

Calmly ask your guy why he wants more space. If he says something specific, deal with it and get it over with. But if he says something vague and has no clear reasons why he suddenly wants you to take a step back, his love for you may be fizzling out.

He Starts Comparing You to Other Girls

A guy should never say something to a girl that makes her feel less beautiful, less talented, or less of a woman than someone else. The slightest hints of comparisons made between you and any other girl should be a warning sign.

Comparing your behavior, looks, or any other aspect of personality with another woman suggests a deep-rooted resentment driving a sense of frustration. Here are some examples of how a guy's cruel words may mean that he is falling out of love with his girl:

• Why can't you dress like her?

Love does not Guarantee the success of a Relationship

I have been in relationships and I have found out that love does not guarantee the success of a relationship. Love alone cannot help you stick to one person. After all, cheating is not always a product of not loving your partner. In fact, Loving someone does not guarantee not falling in love with any other person.

Relationships work out mostly because of our head not our heart, It works out because of emotional maturity, empathetic intelligence and self discipline. You see, times will come when you will see people that are better than the one you are in a relationship with. 

In those times, Love will not help you, Self control, Emotional intelligence and commitment will. No matter how you feel for someone, The person you are committed to ranks first in your life. 

You think married people don't see better people than the ones they married? You think they don't feel
funny sometimes? You think they don't catch feelings? They do!. But understanding that commitment is greater than feelings is a great arsenal to destroy that impulse. 

You can fall in love with anyone, but building a relationship takes absolutely more than what attracted you to them. It takes more than Love. 

We are too fond of loving when it's convenient, when it's sweet. We are too fond of loving when love is there but that can only last for just the first 3-6 months of the relationship. 

After then, You will realise that the feelings have dropped, It is now your responsibility to make it work, not love's responsibility, YOURS!. Building a relationship is hard work, it's like building a career, It's like pursuing a dream. It's always tough, it will sometimes be so bitter but you can always make it work through hard work. How does a Search Engine Work?

the best matched results. Basically, it is nothing more than simply
displaying them in the browser.
Search engines such as Google and Yahoo! often update their relevancy algorithm
dozens of times per month. When you see changes in your rankings, it is due to
an algorithmic shift or something else beyond your control.

Although the basic principle of operation of all search engines is the same, the
minor differences between their relevancy algorithms lead to major changes in
the relevancy of results.
